The Small Tech Co-Operative was founded by tech workers who are tired of corporate bullshit. We hated what we were forced to do to our users every single day, and every single shift.
Collectively, we have over 100 years of tech experience in a wide variety of roles. We came together because our skill sets are complimentary, and our personalities mesh. We strive to be a deeply ethical company, who will always give you our honest, unfiltered opinions. We value our customers as people, not as revenue streams. We value our team as equals, not as subordinates. We have founded our company with the goal of becoming a Certified B Corporation as soon as we are eligible, and consider those values core to our purpose.
We got into tech because we love what we can do with it, but the business idiots who now run the entire industry have ruined technology for everyone.
It doesn’t have to be that way, it really doesn’t. Tech can be good again. Tech can work for YOU, instead of working to enrich some trust-fund jackass with an MBA.
